Call for Papers: Translation and Community - New Deadline - October 1st, 2025

Updated: Sep 25

As announced at our General Meeting last June, the Translation and Community conference will be held in Sherbrooke on April 16 and 17, 2026, in partnership with ACT-CATS, the University of Sherbrooke, the CIRTI of the University of Liège, the University of Wroclaw, the CET, the CRIHN, and the ALTAE. The conference is part of the 10th edition of the international traveling conference Traductologie de plein champ, which is being held this year in Liège, Wroclaw, and Sherbrooke, under the main theme: Who are we translating for? Who is translating? The sub-theme chosen by the University of Sherbrooke is: Translation and Community. No need to travel the world to present everywhere: specify the city of your choice in your abstract proposal. For our part, we look forward to seeing you in Sherbrooke!
